Our Journey

HPER was started by Henry Sayers, a Chartered Surveyor.

Hi, I am Henry, I started HPER after I spent about a decade working with leisure business owners selling their businesses. I noticed that many had not thought about or identified an exit strategy and instead often left it too late meaning they sold to a sub optimal buying party, or could not realise the best price for their business. The selling process was often protracted and left many vendors feeling like the sale process had not served them.

At HPER I aim is to identify and help business owners pass on their businesses through acquisition, meaning you don't need to worry about finding the right agent and trusting the sale process to them.

Our Approach

The HPER Methodology - We like to make the process as straightforward and simple as possible. We always want to work with you to make the process as simple and straightforward as possible.

 

In brief the process is as follows:-

Initial contact

Identifying and evaluate the opportunity.

Undertake due diligence

Once we have undertaken our initial assessment we will undertake due diligence to establish a suitable offer.

Offer stage

We will make an offer for your business, depending on your personal needs and the trading performance of the business.

Completion

Once we have made an offer we will look to complete the sale without further delay.
